Below are some resources from within our community to help parents.

FamilySmart

FamilySmart supports parents and caregivers
whose children are experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. We offer Family Peer Support, Monthly Events, Resources and Workshops to support the mental health of children, youth and families.

Our trained Family Peer Support Workers offer emotional support, practical resources, and support navigating the mental health system. Our services are free and there is no waitlist.

Nassim is the Family Peer Support Worker serving families in Tri-Cities.
